Gallery 1: In the exhibition “Mettle,” Emil Alzamora will exhibit his most recent work. Alzamora’s figurative works vary from contrasting elements both material and conceptual. These sculptures strive to reflect both the optimism and the fatalism so prevalent in the often-distant seeming world we live in. Alzamora is a long time Boca Grande resident now working and living in New York. His work is shown in numerous galleries throughout New York City and the surrounding area including, Boston, Maine and Florida. Alzamora was recently invited to show at PepsiCo World Headquarters in Purchase, New York.
